1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Dhiti Technologies ("Dhiti", "we", "our", or "us") via our website (dhitiweb) and client portal, you ("Client", "Institution", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Dhiti operates a specialized technology and digital growth orchestration studio catering to educational coaching academies and institutions. Services include website deployment, Admissions Funnel optimization, hyper-local ad campaign management on Meta and Google Ads, student CRM automation, and performance auditing.

3. Pricing and Fee Structure

• Institution Registration Fee: A one-time onboarding fee of ₹5,000.00 (plus applicable GST under SAC 998311) is required to setup the academy portal, allocate dedicated custodial sub-wallets, and disburse a complimentary ₹1,000 ad credit voucher.
• Growth Auditing Services: The initial first-time 360° Growth Audit is offered 100% complimentary (₹0.00). Subsequent or repeat comprehensive quarterly audits are charged at ₹20,000.00 per audit (plus applicable GST under SAC 998312).
• Custodial Ad Spend Wallet: Clients may recharge their custodial advertising balance via UPI or online payment gateways for disbursement into advertising platforms (SAC 998313).

4. Payment Terms & Gateways

Payments are processed via authorized payment aggregators (including Cashfree Payments India) and standard UPI channels. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment credentials. All payments are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Official GST tax invoices will be issued for all platform transactions.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dhiti provides digital growth tools and marketing orchestration. While we employ industry best practices to maximize student inquiries and ad efficiency, admission outcomes depend on institutional academic track records, local market demand, and third-party ad auction dynamics. In no event shall Dhiti's liability exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
